Ingredients

250ml cream
125ml Illovo Caramel Syrup
200g dark chocolate, chopped
Walnuts

Method

1. Combine cream and syrup in pan, stir until syrup dissolves.
2. Bring to the boil, remove from heat, add chocolate.
3. Stir until chocolate melts and sauce is smooth.
4. Sprinkle ice cream with crushed walnuts and drizzle with sauce.
