Peanut and Banana Smoothie

Makes 2 small smoothies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 - 2 tsp Illovo Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp crunchy or smooth peanut butter
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well. Add a few blocks of ice to the blender for extra chill. Pour into glasses and serve.
Tip: Peel the banana and place in a zip lock bag and freeze overnight to add extra creaminess.
